By accessing or using Trucknode's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Trucknode provides a marketplace connecting vehicle shippers with certified carriers for vehicle transport across Canada. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties but are not the direct provider of transport services.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

Carrier Terms

Carriers must maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and comply with all applicable transportation regulations. Carriers are responsible for the safe transport of vehicles and must complete deliveries as agreed.

Shipper Terms

Shippers must provide accurate vehicle and location information. Vehicles must be ready for pickup at the agreed time. Shippers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are in the condition described.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Shippers agree to pay the quoted amount for services. Trucknode may charge service fees as disclosed during the booking process.

Limitation of Liability

Trucknode acts as an intermediary and is not liable for damages arising from the transport services provided by carriers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our platform services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that may harm Trucknode or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the province where Trucknode is headquartered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
